Founder & CEO
Vincent Peter, with over 20 years of global experience in management, finance, and operations, has held leadership roles at Bank of New York, Mphasis (an HP company), and Aon. He has successfully guided companies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and achieve remarkable growth. Having worked in 8 countries, Vincent expertly identified and entered new growth markets, establishing and scaling operations in Poland, India, the UK, and the US. His proven ability to drive strategic market entry and sustainable growth inspires his vision for Ready For Future: empowering businesses to navigate today’s complex markets confidently.
